Your questions
How do I book an apartment?
Choose an apartment, pick your dates and send your request. It takes 2 minutes and nothing is charged online. We confirm availability and the total on WhatsApp, then a 30% deposit secures your dates. The balance is paid by your arrival day.
What happens during a power cut?
Power cuts happen in Cameroon. Some of our apartments have backup power (generator, inverter or solar): each listing says so clearly, and you can filter the list to see only those. Tell us on WhatsApp if it matters for your stay.
How does the airport pickup work?
Your driver waits at arrivals at Douala (DLA) or Yaoundé-Nsimalen (NSI) with a name sign, helps with your luggage and takes you to your apartment. Send us your flight number and we follow any delay.
Can I rent a car during my stay?
Yes, a car with a driver, by the day: sedan, SUV or van. Your driver knows the city and waits for you between stops. We don't rent cars without a driver.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel 30 days or more before arrival and your deposit is refunded in full; between 14 and 29 days, half is refunded. Our cancellation policy has all the details, including the Christmas period.
