Our fees, stated clearly

Our coordination fee is 15% of the services up to 5,000,000 FCFA, 10% above, with a minimum of 150,000 FCFA per event. It covers the preparation, the quotes, the follow-up, the photos and the payments to vendors.

Our partner vendors also pay us a commission. In return they keep their usual public prices, and we compare every quote with a second one.

A coordinator on the day

Included from 3,000,000 FCFA of services. Below that, 75,000 FCFA a day in Douala or Yaoundé, plus travel and lodging outside the city. The coordinator checks the set-up, welcomes the vendors, sends you photos and solves problems; the ceremony itself remains the family's.

Payments

You pay Welcome Cameroon; we pay each vendor in your name, the deposit to book and the balance after their work, and send you every receipt.

Describe your event

A few details are enough to start; your coordinator calls you to go through the rest.

What do you need?

We only use your details to organise your event. Nothing is booked or paid until you approve the quotes in writing.

Questions about family events

Can you organise a funeral in the village if I live abroad?

Yes. We find and check the vendors (catering, tents, chairs, sound, generator, transport), send you quotes with photos, pay them for you after their work and can be on site on the day. The ceremony itself remains the family's.

How much does coordination cost?

15% of the services up to 5,000,000 FCFA, 10% above, with a minimum of 150,000 FCFA. Our partner vendors also pay us a commission and keep their usual prices.

How do I know the vendors are reliable?

We visit them, ask for references and photos of past work, compare at least two quotes and pay the balance only after their work is done.

Do you work outside Douala and Yaoundé?

Yes, especially in the West (Bafoussam, Dschang, Bangangté and the villages around). Tell us the town or village: we will tell you what we can arrange there.

Can my relatives see the event if they cannot travel?

Yes, through a photographer or videographer, and a live stream if the place has a good connection.
