Apartment owners
- Guests who have already paid a deposit, no more chasing bookings.
- Your apartment is offered under the Welcome Cameroon brand, together with our airport pickup and arrival pack.
- You are paid 48 hours after the guest checks in.
- Our commission: from 15% (you welcome guests and clean) to 25% (we take care of everything).
- You can keep your Airbnb or Booking.com listing.
Car owners
- We call on you for airport pickups and cars with driver when we need extra vehicles.
- A price agreed in advance per trip or per day, paid by Mobile Money.
- Clean, air-conditioned vehicles with a professional driver, yours or one we approve.

What we look for
Apartment owners
- A furnished, clean and safe apartment in a good neighbourhood
- Reliable electricity and running water (backup power is a plus)
- Wi-Fi, and air conditioning or fans in the bedrooms
- Your ID and a title deed or lease that allows short stays
Car owners
- An air-conditioned vehicle in good condition
- Valid insurance and roadworthiness certificate (visite technique)
- An experienced, courteous driver with a valid licence
